Faja Sizing Pro Tip: Faja brands have the ability to create their own size charts meaning one faja brand's size L is not equal to another brand's size L. Additionally, faja sizing is very different from regular clothing sizing - don't get discouraged by a larger-sounding faja size. Always follow the size chart.
How To Measure: Place soft measuring tape at the smallest point of your waist and widest point of your hips - helps to be in underwear in front of a mirror for this.

Pre-Wear Preparation :
- Take your pre-op measurements at the smallest point of your waist (2-3" above belly button) and
at the widest point of your hips (about mid-cheek) - We recommend you order your Stage 1 faja before your surgery by going up 1 size to account for
swelling, foams you will have to wear and your initial discomfort levels - Try your new Stage 1 Faja before your surgery to become familiar with it

We decided to take any guesswork out of it and eliminate confusing size charts. Instead, we have a very simple Faja size matcher tool under each product which only requires a waist and a hip measurement, and it will tell you exactly what size you need.
We try our best to accommodate any last-minute changes requested within 6 hours of the time you placed your order. Please send us a message through the "Contact Us" tab on our website as soon as possible with any change request (i.e., size/address). If we have not mailed out your package yet, we are usually able to make a change.

This is the most comfortable and thoughtfully designed faja. I went through many!
The fabric- lush- not stiff.
The crotch opening- fabric and area soft where others used the stiff tight fabric and it does not leave crease in buttock.
The buttocks not squished but shaped nicely.
Was actually able to hook faja thanks to the extender!

All I know is this faja is the gold standard. Everything a faja should be especially after surgery.
I had lost hope and was crying at why is there not a well designed faja. Why are they designing fajas that look like they were made in the 80s and fabric so bad! Why haven’t they updated them to consider all aspects of fit and comfortability.
No idea who designed this faja but they need to be given an award. This faja needs to be in every plastic surgery center. Women are suffering for no reason. The BBL surgery is brutal but the faja has been more brutal in ways and frustrating.
You should really contact all Plastic Surgeons and get these fajas in their offices or they should give your info to patients. I know I will tell my plastic surgeon he needs to recommend your faja to all patients.

Let me just say: This is a Luxury Faja made with silky, buttery Colombian fabric goodness that compresses your stomach and waist to the gawdssssss! It’s breathable and molds to your body, even pre-op… My current measurements are 38” waist and 49” hips (I should be in a 2x) but i was able to wear a size Large all-day comfortably with the included extender…
I’m booked for surgery April 2025 and I’ve been researching since November 2024. I started hearing about different Faja brands and they all seemed expensive and didn’t seem to work with my body type or dimensions. They definitely weren’t cute and didn’t seem comfortable. The idea of having to be compressed for 6 months all day and night seemed impossible to comprehend & I considered cancelling my surgery. Then, I decided to try to order a faja or 2 to see if it was something that I thought I could ‘endure’. My algorithm started showing me all of these cheapie brands they didn’t seem like they were thoughtfully designed. But they were affordable and cute!
Finally 1 day, BDY Fajas popped up and right away they stood out! I loved the look of the fabric on-screen, the design of the garment and the amazing EXTRAS that The Faja Doctor includes with each purchase! It took the guess work out of having to find an authentic Colombian fabric made Faja, then having to purchase extenders, bras and sizing out of them! She does alterations on her brand AND others!!! That means that your Faja can last through your entire recovery process and beyond for maintenance. Plus there are no steel bones, so no digging into your ribs! And the biggest plus, These were not only CUTE but downright ****!!! The hooks are super high quality and she includes 4 rows with 20 in each.. No ripped out hooks to deal with… That means you get the full benefit of the faja for years to come! This whole surgery process is an investment and I refuse to mess that up with subpar garments so I’m really glad that I ordered mine and found it to be the best on the market! It’s worth every penny & I look forward to getting my alterations done as I heal and compress my way to a snatched waist and sculpted body! I am definitely ordering one in the bigger size today to allot for swelling, but I expect to be able to fit this one post-op ✅
