Faja Sizing Pro Tip: Faja brands have the ability to create their own size charts meaning one faja brand's size L is not equal to another brand's size L. Additionally, faja sizing is very different from regular clothing sizing - don't get discouraged by a larger-sounding faja size. Always follow the size chart.
How To Measure: Place soft measuring tape at the smallest point of your waist and widest point of your hips - helps to be in underwear in front of a mirror for this.

Pre-Wear Preparation :
- Take your pre-op measurements at the smallest point of your waist (2-3" above belly button) and
at the widest point of your hips (about mid-cheek) - We recommend you order your Stage 1 faja before your surgery by going up 1 size to account for
swelling, foams you will have to wear and your initial discomfort levels - Try your new Stage 1 Faja before your surgery to become familiar with it
Stage 1
0-3 Weeks Post-Op :
- Medium to high compression for initial healing
- Worn with lipo foams for added support
- Must be worn 23 hours/day until week 6
- Convertible to Stage 2 through alterations
Stage 2
3 Weeks - 6+ Months Post-Op : (Best time to increase compression: 3-5 weeks post-op)

We decided to take any guesswork out of it and eliminate confusing size charts. Instead, we have a very simple Faja size matcher tool under each product which only requires a waist and a hip measurement, and it will tell you exactly what size you need.
We try our best to accommodate any last-minute changes requested within 6 hours of the time you placed your order. Please send us a message through the "Contact Us" tab on our website as soon as possible with any change request (i.e., size/address). If we have not mailed out your package yet, we are usually able to make a change.
