Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE INITIATING A RETURN

Before requesting a return, please keep the following in mind:

• It is crucial to follow the instructions in the “HOW TO PUT YOUR BDY FAJA ON” video on our FAQ page. This video explains adjustments such as spinning the faja legs inward that often make the difference between thinking the garment is too small and achieving a proper fit.

• Compression garments are designed to be tight. Initial discomfort during the first 3 to 4 day break-in period is normal.

• Compression garments naturally loosen over time with wear.

• BDY Fajas are not custom garments. Minor alterations may be required to customize the garment to your body shape.

• Need a different size? Most customers are better served by an exchange rather than a return.

• If you would like alterations, please contact us at info@bdyfajas.com.

• You can also use code BDY50 for 50% off any BDY Faja branded alterations on www.thefajadoctor.com. We accept mail-in alterations from anywhere in the world, making it easy to customize your garment for the perfect fit.

• If alterations were performed by The Faja Doctor LLC prior to shipment, the garment is considered final sale and is not eligible for return.

 

 

RETURN WINDOW

We have a five (5) calendar day return policy

This means:

• You must request a return within five (5) calendar days of the package being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

AND

Approved returns must be postmarked within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

The carrier postmark date will be used to determine eligibility.

Returns requested or shipped outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

If a delayed response from our team causes you to miss the return window, your return may still be accepted, but the item must be shipped within two (2) business days of approval or the return may be denied.

HYGIENE & RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Due to the intimate nature of compression garments, strict hygiene standards apply.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn beyond the initial try on
Unwashed
Unaltered
• Free of stains, marks, fluids and odors
• Free of deodorant marks (especially white deodorant)
• Free of perfume or fragrance
Hygiene sticker must still be intact and in place
• Hooks, closures, and structural components must be undamaged
• Garment must be reasonably clean and free from visible debris such as hair, lint, or skin residue
Returned with tags attached
Returned with all included accessories
Returned with original packaging

When trying on your garment you must wear clean underwear.

Garments that show signs of wear, odor, deodorant transfer, stretching, damaged hardware, or extended use will not be accepted for return.

Compression garments are considered intimate apparel, and once worn beyond the initial try on they are not eligible for return.

ORIGINAL PACKAGING REQUIREMENT

Products must be returned with their original packaging.

The garment must be returned in the packaging it originally arrived in.

If the order included a BDY branded box, that box must be returned in resalable condition.

Protective bags or internal packaging should still be returned but minor wear to those bags will not affect eligibility, as long as the garment itself is properly packaged.

RETURN SHIPPING PACKAGING REQUIREMENT

Products must not be returned with the branded BDY packaging exposed.

The original packaging must be placed inside a protective outer poly mailer or shipping box when returning your item.

Returns shipped with branded packaging exposed may result in:

• Increased risk of theft during transit
• Damage to the product packaging

If packaging arrives damaged due to improper return shipping, the return may be denied or a packaging replacement fee may be deducted from any store credit issued.

RESTOCKING & CLEANING FEES

All approved returns are subject to one processing fee, depending on the item value:

15% cleaning, processing, and restocking fee for eligible items valued at $100 or more

OR

20% cleaning, processing, and restocking fee for eligible items valued between $40 and $99.99

Items with an individual retail value under $40 are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund.

These fees cover sanitation, inspection, processing, inventory handling, and restocking costs.

SHIPPING COSTS & EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If expedited shipping was selected at checkout, including:

• Next Day shipping
• Two Day shipping
• Priority shipping

the expedited shipping cost will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances.

If free shipping was applied to the order and the item is returned, the original shipping cost incurred by BDY may be deducted from any store credit issued.

Free shipping promotions apply to standard delivery zones. Remote or extended delivery areas may incur additional carrier surcharges.

Carrier delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds, credits, reimbursements, or store credit.

STORE CREDIT

All references to currency are in United States Dollars (USD).

BDY Fajas does not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the return was approved or denied.

If approved:

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card
• Store credit will be processed within ten (10) business days
• Applicable processing, cleaning, restocking, and shipping deductions will be applied
• Store credit may be used toward any future purchase on bdyfajas.com

Store credit does not expire.

RETURN APPROVAL PROCESS

Returns must be requested and approved before shipping items back.

If your return is approved, we will send instructions and a return shipping label.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

RETURN DENIALS

Returns will be denied if:

• The item shows signs of wear beyond try on
• The garment contains stains, deodorant marks, or odors
• Hygiene sticker is missing or tampered with
• Hooks, closures, or structural components are damaged
• The garment is returned visibly dirty or contaminated
• Tags are missing
• Packaging is missing or damaged
• The item was altered
• The item was returned outside the return window

If a return is denied:

• A 15% fee (20% for eligible items under $100) plus shipping will be required to return the product to you.

If these fees are not paid, the item may not be returned and no store credit will be issued.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds:

• Garments altered before shipment
• Items specifically marked as Final Sale, Clearance, Closeout, Discontinued, or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
• Gift cards
• Extenders
• Compression foams
• Compression boards
• Accessories
• Chin fajas
Any individual item with a retail value under $40

Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and sitewide sales do not make an item final sale unless the item was specifically marked as Final Chance, Clearance, Closeout, Discontinued, or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.

If an order contains multiple items, return eligibility is determined by the value of each individual item, not the total order value of the order.

DAMAGE OR DEFECT CLAIMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Claims made after this window may not be eligible for replacement.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to:

A $20 exchange processing fee
Any applicable difference in product pricing

AND

• Compliance with the full return policy listed above.

Replacement orders issued through an exchange or purchased using store credit are considered final sale and are not eligible for additional returns, exchanges, or store credit.

EUROPEAN UNION 3 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within three (3) days.

Items must still meet all hygiene, packaging, and condition requirements described in this policy.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit in accordance with this policy.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (NON-CONTINENTAL US)

The above return policy applies with the following additional conditions:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Import taxes when re-entering the US may be deducted from any store credit issued
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Import duties paid originally cannot be refunded
