📦 Return & Exchange Policy

We understand how important it is that your faja fits correctly and supports your healing or body goals. Because our garments are medical-grade and intimate in nature, all returns and exchanges must meet the strict conditions outlined below.


✅ Before You Start a Return

Before requesting a return, please review the “How to Put Your BDY Faja On” video on our FAQ page ensure you’ve tried the proper adjustment methods. Many fit concerns are resolved by:

  • Rotating the leg pieces inward

  • Giving the garment 3–4 days to break in

  • Understanding that discomfort is normal at first with high-compression wear

🧵 BDY Fajas are not custom-made, and alterations may be necessary for a truly tailored fit. You may contact info@bdyfajas.com to request professional alterations.


⏳ Return Window

You must request and ship your return within five (5) calendar days of your order being marked “delivered.” If our team delays responding and that affects your return window, your return will still be honored — simply ship your item the next business day after receiving approval.


📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your garment must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn beyond initial try-on, with no signs of wear

  • Free of stains, scents, and bodily fluids (including deodorant and perfume)

  • Tags must be attached

  • Garment must be returned in its original packaging, including accessories

  • Returned using the original mailer or a proper shipping box

⚠️ Garments that fail inspection will be denied and returned to you with an additional shipping fee. 


🚫 Final Sale Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Altered or customized garments

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Garments worn or washed

  • Garments returned without original packaging or tags


💰 Refunds

If your return passes inspection, a 15% cleaning and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection approval.

🔁 If your return fails inspection, you will have 5 business days to pay a $15 return shipping fee + 15% handling fee to have your item shipped back. After 5 business days, your garment will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.


🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within the same 5-day window. To qualify:

  • Garment must meet all return conditions above

  • A $20 processing and reshipping fee will apply

  • One exchange per order is allowed

🌍 International Orders

All international returns follow the same conditions above, with these exceptions:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • We cannot refund original shipping costs or import taxes

  • A 15% cleaning and restocking fee still applies


🇪🇺 European Union Customers

EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within three (3) calendar days of delivery under the 3-Day Cooling-Off Period. To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility


❌ Damage or Order Issues

Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@bdyfajas.com within 48 hours so we can correct the issue promptly.
